Healthy Pelvic Floor and Vagina Muscle are The Core of the Healthy Body and Happy Life

In our era of science and technology we are spending more and more time in the car or at the offices. This leads to dramatic changes in our internal organs and premature degenerating of some muscles. We are trying to compensate our lack of movement by going regularly to a fitness club or doing other kind of body building exercises. We know a lot about muscles press, chest, back, hips, arms and training them constantly.
But how much do you know about our intimate and you may say, a unique group of muscles, our vagina muscles, including pelvic floor muscles. We were never taught that this group of muscles even needs some king of training.

Our pelvic floor muscle and our vagina muscles are the most important muscles in your body. The pelvic floor makes up our body’s core, the fundamental nature of our very being. But because of our male dominated society and patriarchate science we lack the information on the importance of these muscles in women body. The subject rarely gets the attention it needs and women do not get the education about it, until it is too late and some kind of problem has arrived!

That is why it’s not surprising that seven out of ten women have disorders of the pelvic floor and vagina muscles. However those problems could be avoided if a woman gets the information about the importance of those muscles and will train them.

Healthy pelvic and vaginal muscles are the foundation for all movement, balance, flexibility and stability it supports the bones in the spine; structures the abdominal cavity — muscles and organs included; controls the passage of urine and stool; facilitates the childbirth process; and contributes to a woman’s sexual pleasure and ability to reach orgasm. You can think of the pelvic floor muscles as a web of interrelated muscles, tendons and ligaments that form a supportive hammock at the base of the pelvic bowl, goes around the openings for the urethra, vagina, and anus. When the pelvic floor muscles are weak or damaged, the correct work of these openings can be weaken.

A weak pelvic floor and vagina plays a part in many ailments. When weakened, the muscles can’t properly support a woman’s organs, and you may experience some of the following symptoms:

urinary or stool incontinence
constipation or incomplete bowel or bladder emptying
diminished sexual satisfaction,
loss of libido
painful periods
painful intercourse
inability to reach orgasm
sagging or prolapse of the uterus, bladder, or rectum
low back or lower abdominal pain
By training your pelvic floor and vagina you will help to strengthen the muscles which support the bladder, urethra, uterus and rectum. Bringing tone and vitality to this area will help protect you from many problems that might occur.

Training your vagina muscles will be improving the blood circulation to vaginal and surrounding organs, restores hormonal balance, postpone menopause and improve the quality of your sex and married life. It reduces the risk of inflammatory diseases and cancer, in cases of urinary incontinence can help to avoid surgery.

Who said that painful periods, difficult menopause, unorgasmic women, urinary incontinence, painful intercourse, loss of libido are the normal part of aging?!

Our body has absolutely everything that can facilitate of it own health. Those problems are the part of our way of life and are not normal. We can prevent it from happening and live our life much healthier and happy.
