Forgiveness is the first and the most important step in to the road to happiness. You will be explained, why it is important and how to do the meditation. When you learn this simple meditation, you will be able to continue practicing it on daily bases to ease you sole and improve your life.

During the meditation you will be guided by Nina-Bastet, the professional spiritual life coach,  in to the forgiveness so you can start or continue your healing process.

During the meditation you will be using haling energy of Angels to help you in the process.

You need to bring your own blanket, to cover yourself and the things to lay on such as meditation runner and the pillow.
